Q: How much will a custom order cost me?
A: We love the challenge of a totally bespoke custom order. We cost our orders based on the time it takes to design and create for your specific requirements.  Prices can vary greatly depending on the level of customization. For a small adjustment of a strap we wouldn’t charge, however if we need to source new material or completely design an item then the cost will rise. We are happy to discuss your needs and work within your budget.

Q: Do you ship abroad?
A: Yes we do. Orders can take a little time to arrive if they have to go through customs or during busier times of the year

Q: Can you personalize the bags
A: We have a very small embroidery machine and can personalize some items but not others. Please send us a query on what you would like to personalized and we will let you know.

Q: If I place an order with you now, would I receive it in time for Christmas
A: We do offer upgrades on shipping at the point of checkout. If you are still unsure, please message us and tell us where you are and we can advise whether it will reach you in time. We cannot guarantee delivery as we rely on a third party to deliver.
