What our postage means for you

For stock items we endevor to ship as below, however, some orders are handmade, and each item is made as an order is received. This can take between 1-3 days to prepare, cut, sew and packaged. We then ship our orders once they are made via your chosen shipping method. Our standard shipping method is via Royal Mail signed 2nd class. Upgrades are available at the time of ordering. Tracking details are sent with every order. 

UK orders: 
Flat rate: Orders are sent 1-3 days after payment via 2nd signed Royal Mail. These order will be with you in 3-5 working days. Someone must be in to receive and sign for the order. Or if you are not home and they leave a card you can collect from your Post Office depot or re-direct.
Fast Track: Orders are sent 1-3 days after payment via 1st signed Royal Mail. These orders will be with you in 1-3 working days. Someone must be in to receive and sign for the order. Or if you are not home and they leave a card you can collect from your Post Office depot or re-direct.
Rush My Order: Orders received before 12pm will be sent same day via Royal Mail next day delivery to be received by 1pm. Orders received after 12pm will not be processed until the next day and sent. Someone must be in to receive and sign for the order. Or if you are not home and they leave a card you can collect from your Post Office depot or re-direct.

International Orders:

Rush My Order: Orders received will be sent within 24 hours via a courier service and should to be received within 5-7 working days. However delays can occur during busier times especially if your order has to pass through customs. Someone must be in to receive and sign for the order. Or if you are not home and they leave a card you can collect from your Post Office depot or re-direct.

Forced Returns: When an attempted delivery is made and the parcel in not collected. Once an order has been returned to us, unopened, we will refund the item and not the postage if we haven’t heard from you with 30 days. Please get in contact if you would like your order resent. There will be an additional charge for this. Custom orders are not refundable, if we do not here from you within 30 days of its return, we will destroy the item.
